How do I save content from TikTok, YouTube, or other apps?+
Paste any URL into Moonati and it analyzes instantly — TikTok, YouTube, X threads, Reddit, articles, and more. On iOS and Android, install the Moonati app to your home screen and it appears directly in the share sheet of every app — tap Share → Moonati → done. Native iOS and Android apps (no setup required) are coming soon.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as a "save"?+
Any content item you save to your vault — YouTube videos, articles, PDFs, links, notes, or books. Each one counts as one save toward your monthly limit.
Can I upload books and ebooks?+
Yes. Pro lets you upload Kindle highlights (your personal highlights exported from Kindle). Power unlocks full PDF and EPUB book analysis — upload a book and get chapter summaries, key highlights, and action tasks. Creator adds all formats including MOBI and batch processing multiple books at once.
Can I analyze podcasts and audio files?+
Yes. Pro supports podcast URLs (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, RSS) and audio file uploads up to 30 minutes. Power unlocks full-length podcasts up to 3 hours plus voice memos and any audio file. Creator adds batch podcast processing. Moonati transcribes the audio with AI and then generates the same summary, highlights, and action tasks as any other content.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?+
Your vault is preserved. If you're over the save limit, existing saves stay — you just can't add new ones until you're under the limit or upgrade again.

Every new account starts on Free with no credit card required. Paid plans offer a 7-day free trial at launch.
What AI model does Moonati use?+
Pro and above use GPT-4o for full content analysis. Free and Starter use GPT-4o-mini for summaries. Power and Creator use GPT-4o for all analysis.
